So when we began exploring the idea of mushroom coffee, we approached it the same way we approach everything else: thoughtfully, deliberately, and without chasing trends.
Coffee Comes First — Always
Before anything else, our mushroom coffee is real coffee.
We start with specialty‑grade coffee, selected for flavor, balance, and consistency, and roasted with care to highlight the character of the beans. We don’t treat coffee as a delivery system for other ingredients — it remains the heart of the cup.
Only after the roast profile is dialed in do we introduce mushrooms, carefully blended so they complement the coffee rather than overpower it. The goal was never to change how coffee tastes, but to subtly expand the experience.

Why Mushrooms?
Mushrooms have been enjoyed in culinary traditions around the world for centuries — not as a trend, but as ingredients valued for their depth, character, and versatility.
For this collection, we chose three mushrooms that are long valued in traditional food cultures:
- Lion’s Mane — traditionally used in culinary practices and often associated with clarity and focus.
- Cordyceps — long appreciated in traditional cultures for stamina and vitality.
- Reishi — frequently referred to as the “mushroom of balance,” known for its grounding qualities.
Together, they bring subtle depth to the cup without overwhelming the coffee’s natural character.
