Unlike standard blends, this is a post-roast combination of medium and dark specialty-grade coffees. By roasting the beans separately before blending them, we’re able to pull out deep layers of cocoa and caramel without any of the burnt bitterness you find in mass-produced dark roasts.
It’s a rich, full-bodied cup that holds up perfectly whether you drink it black or with a splash of cream. It’s our go-to recommendation for anyone who wants a "strong" cup of coffee that remains smooth from the first sip to the last.
