Most people think decaf has to taste thin or chemical, but our Peru Decaf is different. We start with 100% Arabica beans from high-altitude farms in Peru and use the Swiss Water® process to remove the caffeine. This 10-hour natural soak uses only pure water—no harsh chemicals—to ensure 99.9% of the caffeine is gone while the actual flavor of the coffee remains.
We roast these beans to a smooth medium level to bring out a heavy, balanced body with natural notes of caramel and milk chocolate. It has very low acidity and a clean finish, making it a great "all-day" coffee or a perfect evening cup that won't keep you awake.
If you’re looking for a decaf that actually holds its own in a French press or drip machine, this is the one. It’s a clean, flavorful coffee that doesn't compromise on taste.
