We created this blend as a tribute to Cindy, our feisty Shih Tzu rescue. She had a tough exterior but a sweet heart, so we roasted this coffee to match—a bold, dark roast that is surprisingly smooth and easy to drink.
This blend of single origin specialty-grade beans from Central and South America. By roasting them to a deep, dark level, we’ve pulled out a full-bodied profile with natural notes of cocoa and toasted sweetness. It’s the kind of coffee that’s built for cold mornings or a quiet evening, providing a rich, "heavy" cup without any of the burnt aftertaste.
